Delivery (Melbourne)

• Uber/Didi delivery available.
• Same day delivery is possible, usually within 2 to 3 hours, depending on driver availability and order volume.
• A tracking link will be sent once the driver has collected the order.
• Please provide a reachable Australian mobile number for delivery and ensure calls can be answered during the delivery period.
• The recipient must be available to meet the driver and collect the flowers upon arrival. Due to parking restrictions, drivers may not be able to leave flowers unattended or access reception/lobby areas.
• If the recipient is unavailable, does not answer phone calls, is unable to collect the flowers from the driver, or requests for the flowers to be left at reception, lobby, concierge, or another location, Zhenger Floral will not be responsible for any loss, damage, missed delivery, or flower condition thereafter.
• No refund, replacement, or remake will be provided for orders that cannot be successfully received due to unanswered calls, unavailable recipients, failed collection, or requested unattended drop offs.
