Shipping policy

All deliveries are arranged via Uber or DiDi. Once the driver has collected your order, a tracking link will be sent via SMS to the recipient for real time updates.

Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the call or delivery. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to reasons such as unanswered calls, inability to locate a driver, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Any resulting consequences will be the responsibility of the customer.
